Who we are

Wingmaker is an AI product learning studio founded by Sónia Gomes. For the purposes of data protection law, the controller of your personal data is Sónia Gomes. You can contact us about privacy at hello@soniagomes.me.

What we collect, and why

The early-access form isn’t switched on yet. Until it is, we don’t collect any personal data through this site.

When you join the early-access list, we collect:

Your email address, to send you updates about Wingmaker’s programs, pilots and learning experiences.
Your answer to “What’s your biggest product challenge right now?”, so we can understand which programs to develop first and send you relevant updates.
Sign-up and confirmation records kept by our email provider (such as the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address used), so we can show you gave consent.

We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form and confirming your email address. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or by contacting us.

Who processes your data for us

MailerLite (UAB “MailerLite”, Lithuania, EU) stores the list and sends our emails. See MailerLite’s privacy policy.
Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs, under its data processing agreement, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU.

Our fonts and images are served from this website itself, so visiting it doesn’t send your data to Google or other third parties. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only while you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what’s needed to respect that choice. If Wingmaker stops sending updates, we delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Portugal, the CNPD. To use any of these rights, email hello@soniagomes.me.
